| II. | The workshop has a maximum capacity of 70 participants. The target audience is teachers (including substitute and intern teachers) from public and private elementary, junior high, and high schools in the city. Participating teachers can use this workshop to understand community operation methods and the general situation of international education, and then join if they are interested in participating in the community. |
| III. | The Bureau agrees that personnel attending the aforementioned event at city-funded schools, with the school's approval, will be granted official (business) leave registration and may take 4 hours of compensatory leave within 2 years, provided that teaching duties are managed independently. Private schools are requested to grant official (business) leave to attending personnel according to their authority. |
