| I. | Regarding the 113th academic year Taoyuan City Chef King Competition - Student Voice Voting Activity, all schools are encouraged to have their students vote enthusiastically. |
| II. | Student Voice Voting Rules: |
| (1) | Voting URL: https://reurl.cc/KdpV4n. |
| (2) | Voting Method: Students must use a school-provided identifiable Google account (e.g., @stu.schoolname.tyc.edu.tw) to vote. Each account gets one vote. If it's not a student account, please fill out the Google form (https://reurl.cc/nq1nvn) and indicate your class and name on the voting screen (Attachment 1). |
| (3) | Voting Period: From now until December 19, 113. |
| (4) | Raffle Draw Time: A public raffle draw by officials will be held on the finals day, December 21, 113. |
| (5) | Award Ceremony: Will be held on January 4, 114, at Dayuan High School. There are 300 awards. Award recipients will be recognized by school, and a representative will be designated to receive the award on the ceremony day. |
| (6) | Awards for Participation: Rewards for team registration and online student voice voting. |
| 1. | Team Participation (Student Voice Percentage of Total School Students) |
| (1) | 80% or more: 8 people (including the principal) receive one commendation. |
| (2) | 70% or more: 7 people (including the principal) receive one commendation. |
| (3) | 60% or more: 6 people (including the principal) receive one commendation. |
| (4) | 50% or more: 5 people (including the principal) receive one commendation. |
| (5) | 40% or more: 4 people (including the principal) receive one commendation. |
| (6) | 30% or more: 3 people (including the principal) receive one commendation. |
| (7) | 20% or more: 2 people (including the principal) receive one commendation. |
| 2. | No Team Participation (Student Voice Percentage of Total School Students) |
| (1) | 90% or more: 4 people (including the principal) receive one commendation. |
| (2) | 80% or more: 3 people (including the principal) receive one commendation. |
| (3) | 70% or more: 2 people (including the principal) receive one commendation. |
| (4) | 60% or more: 5 people receive one certificate of appreciation. |
| (5) | 50% or more: 4 people receive one certificate of appreciation. |
| (6) | 40% or more: 3 people receive one certificate of appreciation. |
| (7) | 30% or more: 2 people receive one certificate of appreciation. |
| (8) | 20% or more: 1 person receives one certificate of appreciation. |
| (7) | Announcement of List: Awarded students will be notified via official document. Results will be announced on the websites of the Taoyuan City Government Department of Education and Qingyuan Elementary School. If an account cannot be identified as a student account, non-student accounts will be cleared after the activity deadline, and the vote counts for each group will be recalculated. |
| III. | Attached are the implementation plan for this matter and an example for students to fill out. |
