| Instructions: |
| 1. | In accordance with the "Regulations for Police Agencies to Prevent and Deal with Juvenile Incidents" revised by the National Police Agency on September 14, 106 (2017), police crime prevention letter No. 1060005235. |
| 2. | The activity information is as follows: |
| (1) | Preliminary submission period: Wednesday, December 4, 113 (2024) to Thursday, January 23, 114 (2025). |
| (2) | Final competition date and time: Saturday, February 8, 114 (2025), 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. |
| (3) | Final competition venue: 8th Floor, Taoyuan City Government Police Bureau, No. 51, County Hall Road, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City (Bureau's Police Administration Building Grand Auditorium). |
| (4) | Eligibility: Youth aged 12 to under 18 years old who are registered residents (or students) in this city. |
| 3. | Activity content: |
| (1) | Preliminary submission: Submit handwritten calligraphy works. The themes are limited to Tang and Song dynasty poetry or phrases that do not violate good customs. The competition is divided into junior high school and senior high school groups based on student status. A total of 42 participants from the junior high school group and 21 from the senior high school group will be selected for the final competition. The list of selected participants will be announced on the Taoyuan City Government Police Bureau Juvenile Police Division Facebook fan page on Tuesday, February 4, 114 (2025), and selected individuals will be notified to participate in the final competition. |
| (2) | Final competition judging: The junior high school group will be provided with 5 crime prevention slogans of 28 characters each, and the senior high school group will be provided with 5 crime prevention slogans of 56 characters each. Participants will choose one to write on-site. The completed works will be judged by on-site judges. The top three winners and honorable mentions will be awarded, and schools will be requested to provide administrative commendations. |
| 4. | Registration method: |
| (1) | Download the registration form online. Attach a copy of your student ID, ID card, or other documents proving eligibility, along with your submission. Mail it to the designated recipient address within the submission deadline. |
| (2) | Brochure download: Please download from the organizer's website (https://www.typd.gov.tw/JDP/) under "Announcements/Police News" or from the Taoyuan City Government Police Bureau Juvenile Police Division Facebook fan page. |
| (3) | Submission deadline: Wednesday, December 4, 113 (2024) to Thursday, January 23, 114 (2025), 6:00 PM. |

| 5. | Awards: |
| (1) | Participants selected for the final competition (42 from junior high school group and 21 from senior high school group) will receive a NT$300 gift certificate upon check-in for the final competition. |
| (2) | First place (1 winner in each of junior and senior high school groups): Awarded a trophy, a certificate, and a NT$8,000 gift certificate. |
| (3) | Second place (2 winners in each of junior and senior high school groups): Awarded a trophy, a certificate, and a NT$5,000 gift certificate. |
| (4) | Third place (3 winners in each of junior and senior high school groups): Awarded a trophy, a certificate, and a NT$3,000 gift certificate. |
| (5) | Honorable mention (10 in junior high school group and 5 in senior high school group): Awarded a certificate and a steel ballpoint pen. |
