| (1) | Using the "Heart Three Beauties Movement" theme – greetings, gratitude, good deeds – select at least one as the main content of the video, and conduct candid filming and interviews of participants during activities. |
| (2) | The video will be presented using a mixed editing of photos and videos. |
| 2. | Creative Group: |
| (1) | Using the "Heart Three Beauties Movement" theme – greetings, gratitude, good deeds – select at least one as the main content of the video, and conduct original video filming. |
| (2) | The video content can be presented in diverse formats such as short plays, commercials, crosstalk, song MVs, etc. |
| (2) | Submission Guidelines: |
| 1. | The video length (including intro and outro) should be between 2 minutes 30 seconds and 3 minutes 30 seconds. The video format should be a file format supported for uploading to YouTube (e.g., .MOV, .MPEG4, .MP4, .AVI, .WMV, etc.). |
| 2. | Each entry can have up to 3 main authors. Please fill out the "Heart Three Beauties Model Selection Activity Registration Form," "Copyright Free Authorization Consent Form," and "Entry Authorization Commitment Letter" (as attached in the implementation plan, Appendices 1, 2, and 3). Mail (or deliver) the CD-ROM of the video along with these forms to the Student Affairs Office of Huilong Junior High School (Address: No. 168, Section 1, Wanshou Road, Guishan District, Taoyuan City 333). | (4) | Awards and Recognition: |
| 1. | For authors who are faculty and staff of senior high schools or below in Taoyuan City, or personnel of the Department of Education and its subordinate agencies, 0.1 points for research and publications will be awarded according to the "Review Standards for Research and Publication Points for Educational Personnel in Taoyuan City Senior High Schools and Below" (if the awarded work is a collaborative effort by multiple authors, the points will be divided equally among the authors). |
| 2. | Awards for "Excellent" and "Outstanding" works are as follows: |
| (1) | For authors who are faculty and staff of public junior high schools, elementary schools, and kindergartens in Taoyuan City, one commendation will be awarded according to the "Regulations for Performance Evaluation of Principals in Public Senior High Schools and Below," "Regulations for Performance Evaluation of Teachers in Public Senior High Schools and Below," and "Taoyuan City Regulations for Commendations and Punishments for Faculty and Staff of Public Schools and Kindergartens at All Levels." |
| (2) | For authors who are students or not faculty and staff of public junior high schools, elementary schools, and kindergartens in Taoyuan City, one certificate of commendation will be issued by the bureau. |
| (3) | The bureau will issue gift certificates of NT$5,000 for each "Excellent" work and NT$3,000 for each "Outstanding" work. |
| 3. | For "Honorable Mention" works, one certificate of commendation will be issued by the bureau to each author. |
