| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Ministry of Education's National Preschool and Elementary Education Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") dated December 10, 113 (2024), Ref: 臺教國署學字第1135807773號. |
| 2. | To promote youth participation in educational public affairs, gather suggestions from youth on educational public matters, and establish a policy consultation channel for the Administration, the Administration's Youth Advisory Committee is established, and youth representatives are selected through an open process. |
| 3. | Information regarding the aforementioned selection guidelines is summarized below (details in the attachment): |
| (1) | Eligibility: As of the committee's commencement date on April 1, 114 (2025), youth aged 12 to under 25 years old (born between April 1, 90 (2001) and April 1, 102 (2013) of the Republic of China calendar). |
| (2) | Application Method: By January 16, 114 (2025) (Thursday), please prepare your application materials and mail them to "Student Affairs Office, National Yuanlin Vocational High School of Agriculture and Industry" (No. 313, Sec. 2, Yuanshui Rd., Yuanlin City, Changhua County 510011). Please indicate "Application for Youth Representative of the 7th Youth Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Education's National Preschool and Elementary Education Administration" on the envelope (postmark as proof). Alternatively, you can compile your application materials into a single PDF file and send it via email to the application mailbox (cindy750831@gmail.com). |
| (3) | Selection Method: The first stage is an initial qualification review, the second stage is a written re-evaluation, and the third stage is a final interview. |
