| Explanation: |
| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Social Affairs Bureau of this government dated November 25, 113 (2024), document number Fu She Tuan Zi Di 1130333725, and the letter from this Bureau dated November 26, 113 (2024), document number Tao Jiao Zhong Zi Di 1130117337. |
| II. | The recruitment of volunteers for the "2025 Taiwan Lantern Festival in Taoyuan" was forwarded by this Bureau via the aforementioned letter on November 26, and it was requested to encourage affiliated volunteers to participate actively. |
| III. | The aforementioned event is scheduled to take place from February 7 (Friday) to February 23 (Sunday), 114 (2025), at the plaza in front of the Taoyuan High-Speed Rail Station, and the surrounding areas of the Airport MRT A19 Station (including Rakuten Baseball Stadium, the outdoor space of the Asia Silicon Valley IoT Exhibition Hall, the transfer station from the former World Hakka Expo, and Qingtang Park, totaling 4 venues). |
| IV. | Volunteer service shifts are as follows: |
| (1) | Morning shift: 10:00 to 14:00 (4 hours). |
| (2) | Afternoon shift: 14:00 to 18:00 (4 hours). |
| (3) | Evening shift: 18:00 to 22:00 (4 hours). |
| V. | Volunteer recruitment for this event will be conducted through "online registration." The recruitment period is from October 18 (Friday), 113 (2024), to December 31 (Tuesday), 113 (2024). The registration method for the event is as follows: |
| (1) | Group registration: Please log in to the backend of the "Taoyuan City Volunteer Service Integrated Information Platform" (hereinafter referred to as Taoyuan Volunteer Network) (https://gov.tw/76C) using your organization's account, then navigate to the Large Event Recruitment System - Group Volunteer Registration - 2025 Taiwan Lantern Festival Volunteer Recruitment. Each volunteer is expected to support at least 6 shifts. |
| (2) | Individual registration: Please log in to the frontend of the Taoyuan Volunteer Network (https://vsty.tycg.gov.tw/) using your volunteer account, then navigate to "I Want to Be a Volunteer" - Large Event Recruitment - 2025 Taiwan Lantern Festival Volunteer Recruitment (register first if this is your first time using the system) to complete your registration and shift scheduling. |
