The Taoyuan City Bureau of Women and Children's Development is promoting the city's 114 "Comprehensive Maternal and Infant Protection Plan".

Description:  
I. In accordance with the letter from the Bureau of Women and Children Development of this Government, dated December 20, 113, No. 1130034526.
II. This city is committed to creating a friendly environment where people feel encouraged to have and raise children. In addition to providing subsidies for egg freezing, pre-pregnancy health check-ups, maternal and women's mental health promotion, a dedicated pediatrician system for infants, developmental screenings for children, and health check-ups for preschoolers, the "Comprehensive Maternal and Infant Protection Plan" will be launched in 114 to further enhance the health management and support system for mothers and infants.
III. The 114 "Comprehensive Maternal and Infant Protection Plan" will officially launch on January 1, 114, covering all mothers and infants in this city. With "holistic care" at its core, the plan integrates medical institutions and midwifery associations to provide follow-up care services, including health education consultations and special case needs, from pregnancy to six months postpartum. It also consolidates relevant maternal and infant service resources in this city, aiming to offer comprehensive care services to mothers and infants. The plan details are as follows:
(1) Implementation Period: From January 1, 114, to December 31, 114.
(2) Target Audience: General cases of mothers and infants registered in this city, or foreign mothers and infants who are not yet holders of Republic of China identification cards but whose spouses are registered in this city.
(3) Service Content: Face-to-face consultations and phone visits will be provided for "health education consultations" and "follow-up care" from pregnancy to six months postpartum. Home visits will be offered based on individual needs. The plan also integrates relevant maternal and infant service resources in this city.
