| 2. | The ICDF was established in 1996 in accordance with the "Organic Act of the International Cooperation and Development Fund." It is a professional agency assisting the government in carrying out international development aid, and its supervising authority is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. |
| 3. | International development cooperation is a crucial way for Taiwan to participate in the international community and fulfill its responsibilities as a global citizen. Taiwan's ability to overcome diplomatic challenges and break through adversity is achieved through the collaborative efforts of the government and civil society, thereby expanding Taiwan's international space. International development cooperation serves as a prime example of this. |
| 4. | In recent years, the ICDF has actively produced short films and series of audio-visual programs, sharing stories of Taiwan's foreign aid through online platforms. To enrich teaching resources for schools at all levels and meet students' learning needs, we are providing a variety of self-produced audio-visual materials from the ICDF for teachers and students to use. |
