| Explanation: |
| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Government Cultural Affairs Bureau dated January 2, 114 (2025), No. 1130028193. |
| II. | To encourage youth participation and experience in arts and culture, and to promote the development of the arts and cultural industries, the Ministry of Culture has been issuing cultural gift vouchers for young people since 112 (2023). These vouchers can be used as discounts for cultural consumption, such as watching Taiwanese films, attending performances, buying books, visiting museums, and participating in DIY workshops. In 114 (2025), cultural gift vouchers of 1,200 points (1 point equivalent to NT$1) will be issued to individuals aged 16-22. A pilot program for ages 13-15 will also be launched, with each participant receiving 600 points in cultural vouchers. |
| III. | Eligibility: |
| (1) | Youth aged 13-15: Born between January 1, 99 (2010) and December 31, 101 (2012), with Republic of China nationality or eligible foreign nationality, can receive 600 points in cultural vouchers. |
| (2) | Youth aged 16-22: Born between January 1, 92 (2003) and December 31, 98 (2009), with Republic of China nationality or eligible foreign nationality, can receive 1,200 points in cultural vouchers. |
| IV. | How to claim: Download the "Cultural Vouchers" APP on your mobile phone. After completing registration and identity verification, you can claim and use the vouchers starting from January 1, 114 (2025). |
| V. | How to use: |
| (1) | From January 1, 114 (2025) to December 31, 114 (2025), use the vouchers for consumption at designated arts and cultural points nationwide. Each use is in units of 1 point. |
| (2) | Can be used for visiting museums, attending concerts, watching performances, buying books at physical bookstores, watching Taiwanese films, attending concerts by Taiwanese singers, record stores, cultural and creative parks or markets, DIY workshops, or cultural experience tours. |
| VI. | Various Offers: |
| (1) | Independent Bookstore Point Multiplier: Look for independent bookstores with the "This store participates in the Independent Bookstore Point Multiplier Program" logo. For every 2 points spent, you get 1 point back. |
| (2) | Performing Arts 50% Off Youth Seats: At affordable prices for young people, "Youth Seats" with designated good viewing areas and "50% Off Free Seats" where you can choose your own seat are available. |
| (3) | Watch Taiwanese Films Together: When watching Taiwanese films with multiple people, if one person spends 350 points or more on a single ticket purchase using cultural vouchers, they will receive an additional 100 points back. There is no limit to the number of times this reward can be claimed. |
| (4) | Cultural Vouchers Lottery: For every single purchase of 200 points or more, you get one chance to enter a lottery to win more cultural vouchers. |
| (5) | Invite Friends Reward: Youth who have already received their cultural gift vouchers can get 30 points by inviting 2 friends to successfully claim theirs. After that, they will receive 10 points for each additional friend invited. There is no limit to the rewards. |
