| 2. | The Wen Shih-Ren Cultural and Educational Foundation (hereinafter referred to as "the Foundation") has been organizing the Primary and Secondary School Essay Competition since 2005 to encourage primary and secondary schools to strengthen language education, enhance students' reading interest and writing skills, and cultivate students' character and service qualities. This competition is a public welfare cultural and educational activity, and we encourage your students to participate actively. |
| 3. | In line with the original intention of promoting reading and encouraging students to develop basic writing literacy, please combine this with your school's language and reading-related activities to organize preliminary rounds, select outstanding works for the finals, and continue to promote reading and writing activities. |
