| I. | In accordance with the letter from Taoyuan International High School dated January 6, 114, with reference number 1140000123 (original attached), we are proceeding with this matter. |
| II. | The details of the aforementioned workshop are as follows: |
| (1) | Objective: To explain the key points and application timeline for the 114th academic year's International Education Subsidy Program, and to guide schools in applying for the program and promoting international education. |
| (2) | Time: January 21, 114 (Tuesday), from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. |
| (3) | Location: First Conference Room, Taoyuan Municipal Dayuan International High School. |
| (4) | Speaker: Ms. Yeh Fang-yin, teacher from Taipei Municipal Minsheng Junior High School. |
| (5) | Target Audience: |
| 1. | Personnel responsible for applying for the 114th academic year's International Education Subsidy Program at public and private schools at all levels are required to attend. |
| 2. | Personnel responsible for international education-related affairs at public and private schools at all levels. |
| 3. | Teachers and staff interested in promoting international education. |
| (6) | Registration Method: Please visit the Taoyuan City Education Development Resource Portal (https://drp.tyc.edu.tw/TYDRP/Index.aspx) and enter the workshop code "H00006-250100001". Participants who complete the entire workshop will receive 6 hours of training credit. |
| III. | The Bureau approves official leave (or business leave) and class coverage for attending personnel. Substitute teachers may be hired according to regulations and may receive substitute teaching hourly wages, which will be covered by the "Personnel Expenses - Employment and Part-time Personnel Salaries - Part-time Personnel Remuneration" item in the 114th academic year's school budget under the Bureau's Local Education Development Fund. If there are insufficient funds, the Bureau will handle the subsidy accordingly. Private schools are requested to grant official leave (or business leave) and class coverage for attending personnel according to their responsibilities. |
