| Explanation: |
| 1. | To cultivate emerging young directors and film and television production talent in Taiwan, our association and the ASUS Cultural and Educational Foundation have been jointly organizing the "Moving Moments" National Campus Short Film Competition for many years. This year marks the 16th edition of the event, calling on students across the country to unleash their youthful visual power and creativity. We hope to create an annual grand event for student film submissions, leveraging the power of imagery to create impact. The "16th Moving Moments" competition is divided into two categories: "Horizontal Short Video Category" for films between 99 seconds and 3 minutes, and "Vertical Short Video Category" for films under 90 seconds. The Horizontal Short Video Category continues to offer the "Rising Star Award" to encourage submissions from elementary and junior high school students. Interested students are welcome to participate, with a grand prize of up to NT$120,000! |
| 2. | Attached is the electronic version of the "16th Moving Moments" event regulations (a physical poster will be mailed separately to your institution). Please post it on the school bulletin board and the school's official website. For related event introductions and online registration, please search for the "Moving Moments" Facebook fan page. If you have any questions regarding participation, please contact the event hotline directly at 02-2633-2000 ext. 9. |
| 3. | This year, we continue to plan "Visual Power Campus Roadshows," inviting outstanding professionals from the film and television industry or past "Moving Moments" award winners to engage with students on campus, sharing their creative insights and practical experiences. Schools interested in participating are welcome to register at: https://forms.gle/HHQtH5v7qSrxzzYK6. |
