II.The Ministry of Education, in order to enhance schools' awareness and handling capabilities regarding stalking and harassment incidents, to assist all levels of schools in timely and effective intervention and handling when stalking and harassment occurs between teachers and students, and to establish a supportive environment to protect the safety and dignity of teachers and students, has compiled the "Campus Stalking and Harassment Prevention Handbook" as referred to above.
