As the Lunar New Year approaches, all administrative staff of our school are requested to comply with the Civil Servant Integrity Ethics Regulations and to properly record any integrity-related incidents.

Details:
1. In accordance with the Taoyuan City Government's official letter dated January 8, 114 (Year of the Republic of China), Ref: 府政預字第1140005466號.

2. As the Lunar New Year approaches, all administrative staff of our school are requested to comply with the "Taoyuan City Government Employee Integrity Ethics Regulations" (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulations"), such as:
(1) Gifts from individuals with whom they have a conflict of interest related to their duties should be refused or returned, unless they fall under the exceptions outlined in Article 4 of the Regulations. The matter should be reported to a superior and the ethics department notified.
(2) Attendance at social events involving individuals with whom they have a conflict of interest related to their duties is prohibited, unless they fall under the exceptions outlined in Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the Regulations. In exceptional circumstances, such as official functions or public events for traditional festivals, attendance is permitted only after reporting to a superior and notifying the ethics department, in accordance with Article 10.
(3) Matters involving requests or recommendations should be handled in accordance with Article 11 of the Regulations, by reporting to a superior and notifying the ethics department, to maintain public trust in the impartial execution of duties by civil servants.

3. Please utilize the learning resources available on the Executive Yuan's Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Civil Service Development Institute's "e-Learning Platform for Civil Servants+" (https://elearn.hrd.gov.tw/mooc/index.php) and other educational resources to study courses related to integrity ethics.

4. Attached are one copy each of the Taoyuan City Government Employee Integrity Ethics Regulations and the Integrity Ethics Incident Registration Form (as attachments).
