The Public Employees Insurance Department of the Bank of Taiwan, in order to understand the satisfaction of the insurance agencies and insured persons with the service quality of the department, and to strengthen contact and communication, thereby improving and enhancing service performance, is conducting the "Bank of Taiwan Public Employees Insurance Department 114th First Quarter Service Satisfaction Survey".
