| II. | The aforementioned course will introduce the basic concepts of fisheries science and the ecological consequences of fisheries management failures, delve into marine conservation laws and policies, and use Taiwan's cases to understand how Taiwan is transforming into a responsible ocean nation and achieving sustainable ocean development. |
| III. | Course Information: |
| (1) | Instructors: Four teachers from National Taiwan Ocean University, including Tseng Hsiao-chun, Kuo Ting-chun, Hsu Rui-feng, and Chang Wen-ning. |
| (2) | Course Content: Includes achieving sustainable development through fisheries management, overfishing and ecosystem-based fisheries approaches, science-based marine and coastal management, marine pollution, how Taiwan is moving towards a sustainable nation, and laws and policies. |
| (3) | The course is completely free and open to all participants. |

| IV. | Method of Issuing Study Hours: |
| (1) | "National In-service Teacher Training Information Network": For those who meet the course passing standard (60 points), the "Ministry of Education MOOCs Platform (edu MOOCs+)" will automatically cross-check with the "National In-service Teacher Training Information Network" to issue study hours. |
| (2) | "Environmental Education Lifelong Learning Network": For those who meet the course passing standard (60 points), our university will assist in logging hours on the "Environmental Education Lifelong Learning Network". If you need to record study hours, please fill out the "Application Form for Environmental Study Hours" (online form URL: https://pse.is/2502SDG) before December 24, 2025. |
