| Subject: | Regarding the "2nd Workshop of the Taoyuan City International Education Cross-School Community for the 113 Academic Year" organized by the International Education Center (Guanyin High School) of our city, please encourage teachers from your school (including substitute and intern teachers) to actively register and participate. Please be informed. |
| Explanation: |
| I. | Based on the official letter from Guanyin High School dated February 18, 114, Guanyin-Jiao-Zi No. 1140001693, and the "Subsidy Implementation Plan for the Overall International Education Work for the 112nd and 113th Academic Years." |
| II. | To promote the sharing of international education resources, encourage cross-school teacher collaboration in developing creative and practical international education curricula or activity designs, and strengthen the integration and understanding of intercultural and local cultures, the Taoyuan City International Education Cross-School Community was established in the 113th academic year. |
| III. | The workshop information is as follows: |
| (1) | Date: March 19, 114 (Wednesday), 9:00 AM to 12:20 PM. |
| (2) | Location: First Conference Room, Guanyin Senior High School, Taoyuan City. |
| (3) | Lecturer: Professor Hung Li-ching, College of Teacher Education, National Taiwan Normal University. |
| (4) | Topic: Bilingual Lesson Plan Workshop for International Education (I). |
| (5) | Registration: Please register by March 14, 114 (Friday) through the National In-Service Teacher Training Network. The workshop code is 4925713. Participants who complete the entire workshop will receive 3 hours of in-service training credit. |
| IV. | The Bureau agrees to grant official leave for participants attending the aforementioned event and to provide substitute teacher arrangements. For any resulting teaching vacancies, substitute teachers may be hired with the school's approval and paid according to regulations, funded by the "Salaries for Hired and Part-time Personnel - Remuneration for Part-time Personnel" under the "School Budget for Local Education Development Fund in 114" of the Bureau. If there are any shortfalls, the Bureau will provide additional subsidies. Private schools should grant official (business) leave to participating teachers at their discretion. |
