| I. | In accordance with the Bureau's 2025 Uniform Invoice Promotion Tax Art Creation Competition plan. |
| II. | The implementation details are as described in the activity guidelines, summarized as follows: |
| (1) | Artwork Content: Participants shall choose their own topics based on the new measures for uniform invoice prize redemption (including the Uniform Invoice Prize Redemption App), requesting uniform invoices when shopping, mobile payments combined with cloud invoices, automatic cloud invoice prize matching, donating cloud invoices using social welfare group donation codes, the three major local taxes (house tax, vehicle license tax, land value tax) collection information, types of national and local taxes, convenient service measures, diversified tax payment channels, tax-funded construction, and important tax systems and policies, and present them through painting. |
| (2) | Registration Deadline: From now until May 20, 2025, 5:00 PM. |
| (3) | Eligibility: Students in grades 3 to 6 of public (private) junior high schools and elementary schools in Taoyuan City, as well as residents of Taoyuan City aged 15 and above (with Republic of China nationality). |
| (4) | Registration Method: All artworks must be drawn on a 4K drawing paper (either vertical or horizontal orientation is acceptable). After completion, please submit the artwork in person (a receipt will be issued by the Bureau) or mail it via registered mail (postmark date will be the basis) before the submission deadline to complete the registration. |
| (5) | Submission Location: Publicity Section of the Service Division and Administrative Service Sections of all Branch Offices of the Bureau. |
| (6) | Early Bird Prize: All participants who submit their artwork before April 30, 2025, will receive a participation prize. |
| (7) | Competition Categories and Awards: Divided into Elementary School Group, Junior High School Group, and General Group. Winners will receive cash prizes and certificates of commendation from the Bureau as encouragement (for junior high school winners, their achievements will be considered for bonus points in the 12-year basic education excess admission ranking, with scoring standards as follows: Special Excellence (6 points), Excellence (5 points), and Honorable Mention (3 points)). The awards and number of winners are as follows: |

| (1) | 3 Special Excellence Awards: Each winner will receive NT$3,600 and a certificate. |
| (2) | 8 Excellence Awards: Each winner will receive NT$2,000 and a certificate. |
| (3) | 20 Honorable Mention Awards: Each winner will receive NT$1,000 and a certificate. |
| 2. | Junior High School Group |
| (1) | 1 Special Excellence Award: Each winner will receive NT$3,600 and a certificate. |
| (2) | 3 Excellence Awards: Each winner will receive NT$2,000 and a certificate. |
| (3) | 10 Honorable Mention Awards: Each winner will receive NT$1,000 and a certificate. |
| 3. | General Group (divided into 3 thematic categories, choose one to participate) |
| (1) | Special Excellence Award (1 winner per theme): Each winner will receive NT$3,600 and a certificate. |
| (2) | Excellence Award (3 winners per theme): Each winner will receive NT$2,000 and a certificate. |
| (3) | Honorable Mention Award (5 winners per theme): Each winner will receive NT$1,000 and a certificate. |
