| 1. | This is in accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Government Education Bureau dated February 19, 114 (2025), document number 1140013843. |
| 2. | The competition is divided into 5 categories: (1) Elementary School - Middle Grades, (2) Elementary School - Upper Grades, (3) Junior High School, (4) Senior High School/Vocational School (including the first three years of five-year junior colleges), and (5) College/University and Social Groups. |
| 3. | Preliminary evaluation submission deadline: Please submit your entries along with the registration form (as attached in Appendix II, please type the information) affixed to the upper right corner of the back, and mail/deliver them to the Academic Affairs Office of Yangxin Elementary School by June 9, 114 (2025) (Monday). (Address: No. 100, Jinhua Street, Yangmei District, Taoyuan City 326102). |
| 4. | Announcement of finalists: The list of finalists for the final round will be announced on our school's website (https://yses.tyc.edu.tw/) and the 15th Calligraphy Sage Cup website (https://tinyurl.com/27l5eltr) by 4:00 PM on June 16, 114 (2025) (Monday). |
| 5. | Finals date and time: The competition will be held on the morning of June 29, 114 (2025) (Sunday), divided into two sessions, in the 4th-floor activity center of the Tongxi Building at Yangxin Elementary School. |
