Taoyuan Indigenous Peoples Development Foundation is organizing the "Dream Building Leap Student Scholarship Program"

Subject: For your information, the "Dream Building and Soaring Student Scholarship Program" organized by the Taoyuan City Indigenous Development Foundation is accepting applications from now until March 30, 114 (2025). We encourage eligible students from your school to apply. Please be advised.
Details:  
1. In accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Indigenous Development Foundation, dated March 4, 114 (2025), No. 1140000041.
2. The Taoyuan City Indigenous Development Foundation, in order to fulfill its mission of "inheriting and deeply cultivating Indigenous languages, education, and culture, prospering Indigenous industries, and promoting Indigenous affairs," and to care for the Indigenous children in our city, strengthen the educational and physical/mental development of Indigenous youth, help them complete their studies smoothly, inspire their upward spirit, and thereby achieve the goals of Indigenous community care and service work, has specially organized this scholarship program.
3. Eligibility:
(1) Indigenous individuals who have been registered residents of Taoyuan City for more than one year.
(2) Currently enrolled students in public (private) universities, colleges, high schools (vocational schools), junior high schools, and elementary schools in Taiwan (excluding in-service programs).
4. Scholarship Categories:
(1) Academic Achievement Group: Overall academic average of 75 points or higher in the first semester of the 113 academic year (2024-2025).
(2) Elite Athlete Group: The evaluation period is from January 1, 113 (2024) to December 31, 113 (2024). Only the most outstanding award records need to be submitted (based on individual award records).
(3) Additionally, students who receive awards in any group and also obtain the Indigenous Language Proficiency Certification in 113 (2024) (regardless of level) will receive an extra bonus of NT$500.
(4) Ten slots in each group are reserved for students from low-income households. The actual number of slots may be adjusted based on circumstances. The Taoyuan City Indigenous Development Foundation reserves the final right of decision.
5. Required Documents:
(1) Application form (please download from the "Latest News" section on the official website of the Taoyuan City Indigenous Development Foundation: https://tyipdf.com.tw).
(2) Photocopy of household registration or photocopy of individual household registration transcript (do not omit the remarks column).
(3) Photocopy of proof of enrollment or student ID.
(4) Academic transcript for the first semester of the 113 academic year (2024-2025).
(5) Certificate of low-income or hardship status; alternatively, a case referral form issued by the service office of the Taoyuan City Indigenous Council Member, the Indigenous Family Service Center, or the Indigenous Service Officer of each district can be used as supporting documentation.
(6) Photocopy of the student's bank account.
(7) Proof of outstanding award records for the sports category.
6. Application Method:
(1) Please download the application form and required documents from the official website of the Taoyuan City Indigenous Development Foundation (https://www.tyipdf.com.tw). Submit all application documents by mail or in person to the "Dream Building and Soaring Student Scholarship Program Project Team, Taoyuan City Indigenous Development Foundation (4th Floor, Room 4-4, No. 100, Section 2, Dacheng Road, Dayuan District, Taoyuan City 337)" before the deadline, clearly marking "Attention: Dream Building and Soaring Student Scholarship Program Project Team."
(2) All submitted application documents for students whose applications are approved will not be returned.
