| Explanation: |
| I. | In accordance with the General Association of Chinese Culture's letter dated March 3, 114 (2025), document number 114 Wen Zong Zi No. 0062. |
| II. | The association organizes the "Presidential Cultural Award" selection, with the aim of promoting a civic society of mutual prosperity, a democratic and peaceful civilized society, and a sustainably developing modern society. It honors individuals or groups who have clear beliefs, continuously practice and dedicate themselves to these ideals, and have achieved outstanding accomplishments and contributions, serving as exemplary models. This is the highest cultural award in the country. |
| III. | The award is divided into five categories: Cultural Cultivation Award, Local Hope Award, Humanitarian Contribution Award, Youth Creativity Award, and Social Reform Award. One recipient per category will be awarded a prize of NT$1,000,000, a certificate of award, and a trophy. |
| IV. | The selection for the 13th "Presidential Cultural Award" will take place from March 3 to May 5 of this year (114/2025). The selection guidelines are attached.
