| I. | In accordance with the letter No. 1140004668 dated March 10, 114, from the Bureau of Women and Children Development of this Government. |
| II. | The aforementioned plan aims to establish a comprehensive maternal and infant care network, strengthen and improve maternal and infant care in this city, reduce the occurrence of maternal and infant delivery accidents, and lower the infant mortality rate. The details are as follows: |
| (1) | Implementation period: From January 1, 114, to December 31, 114. |
| (2) | Target audience: General cases of pregnant women or their spouses who are registered residents of this city, or foreign pregnant women who are not yet holders of Republic of China identification cards but whose spouses are registered residents of this city. |
| (3) | Service content: Through face-to-face consultations and phone visits, provide "health education consultations" and "follow-up care" from pregnancy to 6 months postpartum, or address special case needs. Home visit services will be provided based on individual case needs, while also integrating relevant maternal and infant service resources in this city. |
