| I. | This is in accordance with the "114th Year Municipal and County (City) Government Environmental Protection Performance Evaluation Plan - Resource Recycling Evaluation" by the Environmental Protection Administration, Ministry of Environment. |
| II. | The main points of the aforementioned competition are as follows: |
| (1) | Target Audience: Junior high schools and elementary schools within the city. |
| (2) | Registration Method: |
| 1. | Registration Period: From April 1, 114 to April 31, 114. |
| 2. | Registration Method: Online registration. Registration URL: https://forms.gle/dkSqTpRadJzgNMFr9. After registration, you can enter the competition mode. |
| 3. | Competition Period: From May 1, 114 to September 15, 114. |
| 4. | Recyclable Weight Measurement Period: From June 15 to June 30, 114, and from September 15 to September 30, 114. |
| (3) | Activity Rules: |
| 1. | The competition is divided into junior high and elementary school groups. Each group will have 5 recycling items (portable computers (laptops), tablets, waste CDs, waste batteries, secondary batteries (including rechargeable batteries, lithium batteries, power banks, etc.), and button batteries). The first place in each category will be awarded to encourage participation, and the calculation will be based on per capita recycling volume. |
| 2. | There are two weighing methods for this event (weighing by our staff, weighing at the Taoyuan Recycling Station). Recyclables will be exchanged for promotional items of equivalent value based on their weight. |
| (4) | Scoring Calculation: |
| 1. | The ranking for this event will be based on "per capita recycling volume." |
| 2. | In case of a tie in the total score for a single item, the "overall school per capita recycling volume" score will be used as the tie-breaker. |
| (5) | Activity Awards: After the competition results are announced, a public commendation ceremony will be held at a later date to present the activity awards. |
