| 1. | In accordance with the "Ministry of Education's Filial Piety Education Promotion Plan" and the "Ruitang Elementary School, Yangmei District, Taoyuan City (hereinafter referred to as Ruitang Elementary School) Letter No. Ruitang Fu Zi No. 1140001629 dated March 12, 114," it is hereby processed. |

| (1) | Participants: |
| A. | Filial Piety Creative Card Design: Lower and middle grades of elementary school students. |
| B. | Filial Piety Creative Slogan Design: Upper grades of elementary school and junior high school students. |
| (2) | Participation Method: Divided into three groups, A, B, and C, based on the number of participating classes in each school (based on the official list of regular classes for elementary and junior high schools in this city): |
| A. | Group A: Schools with 12 classes or fewer. |
| B. | Group B: Schools with 13 to 24 classes. |
| C. | Group C: Schools with 25 classes or more. |
| (3) | All works must be created by individuals. When submitting, please fill out Attachments 1 to 5 of the Implementation Plan (Attachment 2, Work Label, must be affixed to the back of the work). |
| 2. | Competitive Project Subsidy for Promoting Filial Activities: Centered around life festivals and school events, plan and promote filial piety activities related to the virtues of "Gratitude" and "Respect." A total of 20 schools city-wide are expected to receive a subsidy of NT$10,000 each. Schools interested in participating should fill out the application form (Attachment 6 of the Implementation Plan) for selection. |

| (1) | Submission Period: From April 9, 114 (Wednesday) to April 11, 114 (Friday). |
| (2) | Please retrieve submitted works from Ruitang Elementary School between April 21, 114 (Monday) and April 23, 114 (Wednesday). |
| B. | Competitive Project Subsidy for Promoting Filial Activities |
| (1) | Submission Period: From now until April 11, 114 (Friday). |
| (2) | For schools whose applications are recommended for revision by the review committee, please send the revised plan to contest@m.jtps.tyc.edu.tw by April 18, 114 (Friday). The approval status will be announced after review. |
| C. | Please submit all materials in person or by mail (postmark as proof) to the Counseling Office of Ruitang Elementary School (please indicate participation in the "Taoyuan City 114th Year National Elementary and Junior High School Filial Activities Competition," Address: No. 100, Section 2, Ruixi Road, Yangmei District, Taoyuan City, 326). Late submissions will not be accepted. |
| (3) | Announcement of Results: The list of selected schools will be announced by the Bureau via separate letter before April 21, 114 (Monday), and will also be posted on the Ruitang Elementary School website. |

| 1. | Art Competition Categories (Filial Piety Creative Card Design and Filial Piety Creative Slogan Design Competition): Winners will receive certificates of merit and gift vouchers. Instructors will be awarded administrative commendations (details on awards in the Implementation Plan). |
| 2. | Staff of schools selected for the Competitive Project Subsidy for Promoting Filial Activities will receive two commendations and two certificates of merit. |
