1. In accordance with the Chiayi County Government's official letter, ref. No. 1140076043/Jiao You, dated March 24, 114.

2. For the 114th academic year, except for Dapu Junior High School, Alishan Junior High School, and Fengshan Experimental Education School, most junior high schools are expected to have surplus teachers due to class reductions. Therefore, teachers wishing to transfer to Chiayi County are advised to carefully select their preferred schools. If a school has surplus teachers due to class reductions, the "Principles for Surplus Teacher Placement and Service in Other Schools under the Chiayi County Government" will apply.

3. The following schools in Chiayi County have different educational methods and curriculum arrangements compared to general public schools:
(1) Implementing experimental education: Fengshan Experimental Education School, Alishan Junior High School, Dapu Junior High School, Taiping Elementary School, Dabang Elementary School, Meilin Elementary School, Beihui Elementary School, and Chailin Elementary School.
(2) Experimental education entrusted to private entities: Guangrong Elementary School and Nei Weng Elementary School.
(3) Scheduled to transition to Waldorf experimental education in the 115th academic year: Dalin Elementary School Pailu Branch.
(4) Schools with Cihui Branch: Minhe Junior High School.
(5) Implementing mixed-age teaching: Schools in the county where the total number of students in regular classes is 50 or fewer will promote mixed-age teaching. Teachers are required to participate in teaching module research and development and professional development workshops.

4. Teachers applying for transfer to Chiayi County's preschool or junior/senior high special education (for students with disabilities and gifted students) will not be permitted to transfer to other teaching positions within the county's schools until the 116th academic year. After the 116th academic year, the situation will be re-evaluated based on the county's special education teacher supply. Additionally, they must cooperate with psychological assessment and testing without refusal.

5. Furthermore, full-time counselors who are transferred to junior or elementary schools in Chiayi County through the public elementary, junior high, and kindergarten teacher transfer system will not be allowed to apply for transfer to other teaching positions within the county's schools for any reason after a successful transfer.

6. Schools included in the small school transformation project for evaluation of merger or closure: Dahu Elementary School, Shaken Elementary School, and Zhuyuan Elementary School.
