| Explanation: |
| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Ministry of Education's Department of Secondary Education (hereinafter referred to as the "Department") dated April 15, 114, reference number 1145802168. |
| 2. | To promote the inheritance and development of local languages and cultures, and to encourage senior high and below schools to establish local culture clubs and promote local cultural education, the Department has specifically formulated this implementation plan. |
| 3. | The subsidy for senior high and below schools to establish local culture clubs will be implemented from August 1, 114 (Friday) to July 31, 115 (Friday). The subsidy standards shall be itemized according to the "Ministry of Education's Subsidy and Commissioned Project Budget Compilation Standards Table" under operating expenses, limited to recurring expenses, and used exclusively for the intended purpose. The maximum subsidy amount per school shall not exceed NT$60,000. |
| 4. | Application Schedule and Notes: |
| (1) | Interested schools are requested to complete the attached "Application Form for the Ministry of Education's Department of Secondary Education's Subsidy for Senior High and Below Schools to Establish Local Culture Clubs in Academic Year 114" in duplicate and mail it to our bureau (Elementary Education Section, contact person) for compilation (no formal cover letter required) by April 28, 114 (Monday). |
| (2) | To facilitate understanding of the promotion and operation of local culture clubs, it is essential that for the clubs operating under the plan, you select the category and fill in the items in the "Curriculum Design" section of the project application form, such as Taiwanese opera or glove puppetry. Please also clearly outline the semester curriculum for the club in the project proposal. |
| (3) | Notes: Applications that do not follow the application procedures within the time limit specified in this implementation plan will not be accepted. |
| (4) | Subsidized schools shall complete the project closure by August 7, 115 (Friday). Fund disbursement, expenditure, reimbursement, and reporting matters shall be handled in accordance with the "Ministry of Education's Subsidy and Commissioned Project Fund Disbursement and Reporting Operations Guidelines" and relevant funding operation forms. |
