| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. 1140042196, dated April 18, 114. |
| II. | The 15th "Climate Change Painting Competition for Primary and Secondary Schools" is held to echo the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 14 "Life Below Water," with the theme "Hello Ocean! Let's Create Blue Miracles Together." It encourages participation in conservation and sustainability practices, spreading the three major ocean literacies – familiarity with the ocean, knowledge of the ocean, and love for the ocean – among global ocean citizens. This painting competition also echoes SDG 13, "Climate Action," by promoting climate action and raising public awareness. |
| III. | The event is open to students aged 6-15. Registration and submission are open from now until June 2, 114 (Monday), with free registration. Chinese registration website: https://reurl.cc/DqmORQ; English registration website: https://reurl.cc/rELKy4. |

| V. | If teachers integrate this activity into their environmental education courses, they can apply for course opening on the Environmental Education Lifelong Learning Network of the Ministry of the Environment (https://elearn.moenv.gov.tw/). After the course, they can log the actual learning hours of teachers and students to obtain environmental education hours (details in the attachment). |
