| I. | In accordance with the letter No. 1140037913 dated April 21, 114, from the Department of Secondary Education, Ministry of Education, Executive Yuan. |
| II. | To promote environmental education on cherishing food (hereinafter referred to as "food cherishing"), and to attract public attention and support for the concept of food cherishing, the Ministry of the Environment is organizing the aforementioned activity. We are selecting "recipe ideas" and "creative teaching plans" with the meaning of food cherishing from the public nationwide. We hope to cherish food from the source through daily meal preparation; promote the concept of food cherishing from the classroom; and put it into practice in daily life. |
| III. | Participants and team formation are as follows: |
| (I) | Food Cherishing Recipe Group: Individuals who enjoy cooking and are interested in promoting the concept of food cherishing are welcome to participate. Registration is limited to individuals. |
| (II) | Food Cherishing Creative Teaching Plan Group: Individuals interested in the concept of food cherishing, teaching plan design, and teaching presentations are welcome to participate. Registration is open to individuals or teams (up to 3 members). |
| IV. | Registration: Please visit the event website (www.cherishfood.com.tw) to view the preliminary competition guidelines for each local government, and you may choose one county (city) to register for the preliminary competition based on your personal preference. |
