In addition to dialing from a landline, public phone, or mobile phone, individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing, or who are unable to speak on the phone, can also use the "e-Care" official website (https://ecare.mohw.gov.tw) for online chat (Path: e-Care > Phone Consultation > 113 Protection Hotline > Online Consultation) and SMS services. |
| III. | Furthermore, to provide consultation services for foreign nationals, 113 also offers interpreter services in five languages: English, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai, and Japanese. These languages are available through an interactive voice response system for callers to select. If a caller requires interpretation, an interpreter will join the call for a three-way conversation. |
