Faculty and staff of this school who are interested in serving as invigilators for the 114th Civil Service Higher Examination (Level 3) and General Examination in the Taoyuan examination area are requested to obtain their unit supervisor's approval, fill out the form (as attached), and submit it to the Human Resources Office by May 13, 114.

Notes:
I. The aforementioned General Examination is scheduled to be held from July 4 to July 5, 114, and the Higher Examination (Level 3) is scheduled from July 6 to July 8, 114. The examination venues will be the Municipal Neili Senior High School and Yangming Senior High School in this city.

II. Applicants are requested to fill out the Recommendation Form for Invigilators (as attached) according to the prescribed format. Related matters are as follows:
When filling out the form, applicants must select the examination area and examination level they wish to participate in. Once selected by the Taoyuan City Government, they must participate in all examination duties (those appointed as invigilators for the General Examination must attend from July 4 to July 5, 114; those appointed for the Higher Examination (Level 3) must attend from July 6 to July 8, 114).

III. Personnel recommended by various agencies and schools will still be subject to review by the Taoyuan City Government in accordance with the "Key Points for the Selection and Appointment of Invigilators." Those who meet the selection criteria will be notified of their appointment by separate letter. If the number of available slots is insufficient, priority will be given to those who hold an invigilator identification card for national examinations or have prior experience as invigilators in national examinations. Furthermore, personnel appointed to participate in examination duties will be granted official leave for the duration of their service and will be provided with an daily invigilation fee. No make-up leave may be applied for.
