1. In accordance with the letter from the Nantou County Government dated May 7, 114 (2025), Ref: Gov-Teach-Char-No. 11401088451.

2. Application and submission period and location:
(1) Applications must be submitted in person or by proxy (proxy form attached as Appendix 4) between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM on May 19, 114 (Monday), with all required documents as specified in Article 5 of the guidelines.
(2) Submission address: Student Affairs Management Section, Department of Education, 7th Floor, Building A, Nantou County Government (7th Floor, No. 660, Section 2, Zhongxing Road, Nantou City, Nantou County).
(3) Late submissions will not be accepted. For inquiries, please contact Mr. Chen at the Department of Education, Nantou County Government, at 049-2222106 ext. 1303.

3. The format and content of the review documents are as follows (details in the guidelines): Except for the "Nantou County Public Senior High School Principal Selection Evaluation Form," which should be printed in A3 vertical format, all other documents should be in A4 vertical format with horizontal writing. Please prepare the following documents in order, bound into 13 copies. The total number of pages should not exceed 30 pages as a general rule. Any documents not in compliance with the regulations must be corrected and resubmitted within one day; late submissions will not be accepted.
(1) Nantou County Public Senior High School New Principal Selection Application Form for the 114th Academic Year (Appendix 1).
(2) Qualification documents: Proof of academic and professional qualifications, senior high school teacher's certificate; copies of performance reviews for the last 5 years. For all photocopies, please add a note "Conforms to the original" and affix your personal seal.
(3) School Management Plan: The text should be in 12-point font, with a line spacing of 20pt, and a maximum of 5000 words. The content should include: experience and achievements in current participation in school administration and educational policy implementation, administrative management and curriculum leadership, parent interaction and community engagement, adaptive counseling and friendly campus, as well as personal leadership qualities, educational philosophy and management strategies, and future management strategies and school development plans for the school being applied for (Appendix 2).
(4) Nantou County Public Senior High School Principal Selection Evaluation Form (Appendix 3) (Please print in A3 format): Applicants must fill in the explanation column, which should include content on sound school operations and implementation of major educational policies, securing national honors, actively seeking resources, assisting in educational work, public opinion matters, and other special features.
(5) Other relevant proof of expertise and special achievements.
(6) Please submit one CD or USB drive containing the electronic files of items (1) to (5) above (including editable electronic files and scanned files with signatures).

4. Applicants for the new principal selection at Nantou County Public Senior High School with a vacancy (Xuguang High School) are requested to carefully read the provisions of the aforementioned guidelines.
