| I. | To promote gender-friendliness and menstrual equity, the Bureau plans to advance through a dual approach of educational initiatives and practical application. We encourage young men and students in Taoyuan City to participate in the menstrual equity dialogue through short video creation, fostering societal understanding and support for menstrual issues. The plan is as follows: |
| (1) | Activity Name: "My Story with the Moon: Male Voices Opening the Menstrual Conversation." |
| (2) | Target Audience: Male citizens aged 15 to 25 registered in Taoyuan City. |
| (3) | Submission Period: From now until May 24th (Saturday). |
| (4) | Activity Method: Young male citizens are to film original videos under 3 minutes and upload them to their |
| YouTube channels. The Bureau will invite experts to select 20 works, which will be announced on the Bureau's Facebook page on May 28th, "World Menstruation Day." The public will be invited to share their thoughts online after viewing. |
| (5) | Incentive Mechanism: Selected works will receive a NT$2,000 cash voucher. Additionally, 40 commenters will be randomly selected to receive a NT$500 cash voucher. |
