| Subject: | To inform you about the "2025 8th Hualien Lanting Grand Assembly National Competition" organized by the Hualien County Government. We encourage students to participate actively. Please be informed. |
| Explanation: |
| 1. | In accordance with the Hualien County Government's letter No. 1140095813 dated May 13, 2025. |
| 2. | To inherit the art of calligraphy, promote the aesthetic of writing in daily life, and encourage students and the general public nationwide to write beautifully, this event is specially organized. |
| 3. | To welcome schools from other counties and cities to form groups and participate, the Hualien County Government has specially planned travel subsidies for schools from other counties and cities. The "top 10" schools that complete group registration will receive subsidies based on the number of participants: |
| (1) | Schools registering 10 to 15 participants and actually competing will receive NT$5,000. |
| (2) | Schools registering 16 to 20 participants and actually competing will receive NT$8,000. |
| (3) | Schools registering 21 or more participants and actually competing will receive NT$10,000. |
| 4. | Registration period: From Monday, May 12, 2025, to noon on Wednesday, May 21, 2025. We kindly ask all schools to seize the opportunity and register enthusiastically, allowing students to hone their skills through competition and experience the beauty of culture through writing. |
