The Ministry of Culture has sent the 2025 Cultural Gift promotional materials.

Subject: To inform you that the Ministry of Culture has sent promotional materials for the 2025 Cultural Vouchers. We kindly request your school to assist in promoting these vouchers to encourage teenagers aged 13-15 to claim and use them as soon as possible. Please acknowledge receipt of this notice.
Details:  
I. This is in accordance with the Ministry of Culture's letter dated May 19, 2025, reference number CC-C-11430135283.
II. To encourage young people to participate in cultural and artistic activities, broaden their cultural experiences, and promote the development of the cultural and creative industries, the Ministry of Culture has been issuing Cultural Vouchers since 2023. These vouchers can be used as discounts for cultural consumption, such as watching Taiwanese films, attending performances, purchasing books, visiting museums, and participating in DIY workshops. This year (2025), the Cultural Vouchers continue to provide 1,200 points (NT$1 per point) to individuals aged 16-22, and simultaneously promote a pilot program for those aged 13-15, offering 600 points per person. The usage period is from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
III. Information regarding the Cultural Vouchers is as follows:
(1) Eligibility and Amount: Individuals aged 13-22 (born between January 1, 2004, and December 31, 2013) with Republic of China nationality or eligible foreign nationals.
(2) How to Claim: Download the "Cultural Vouchers" APP on your mobile phone. After completing registration and identity verification, you can use them immediately. Paper vouchers are also available upon request by contacting the Cultural Vouchers customer service.
(3) How to Use: Make purchases at designated cultural consumption points nationwide between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025.
(4) Where to Spend: Applicable for visiting museums, attending concerts, watching performances, buying books at physical bookstores, watching Taiwanese films, attending concerts by Taiwanese artists, record stores, cultural and creative parks or markets, and DIY or cultural experience tours. There are over 15,000 cultural consumption points across all 22 counties and cities.
(5) What are the Offers:
1. Independent Bookstore Bonus Points: Look for independent bookstores with the "Independent Bookstore Bonus Point Program" logo. For every 2 points spent, you get 1 point back, with a maximum rebate of 50% of your annual Cultural Voucher amount.
2. Performing Arts Half-Price Youth Seats: "Youth Seats" with designated good viewing areas and "Half-Price Free Seats" allowing seat selection are available at affordable prices.
3. Group Discount for Taiwanese Films: When a group watches a Taiwanese film together, if one person spends 350 points or more on a single ticket purchase using Cultural Vouchers, they will receive an additional 100 points. There is no limit to the number of times this rebate can be received. Before September 15th, the rebate is doubled: spend 350 points and get 200 points back.
4. Win More Cultural Vouchers by Spending: Every purchase of 200 points or more earns you one entry into a lucky draw.
5. Refer-a-Friend Bonus: If you have already claimed your Cultural Voucher, you will receive 30 points for successfully inviting 2 friends to claim theirs. After that, you will receive 10 points for each additional friend invited, with no upper limit.

IV. Attached are promotional graphics, a summary guide, and posters. Promotional videos and related electronic files can be downloaded from the cloud link: https://reurl.cc/WAR8my. We kindly request your assistance in promoting these vouchers on your school's website, social media, and school system, and by disseminating information about claiming and using the Cultural Vouchers so that students can understand:
(1) Send an email to all students and simultaneously post it on the student information system.
(2) Post or broadcast promotional content in prominent locations such as the public address system, school bulletin boards, and video walls.
(3) Utilize morning self-study periods, weekly assemblies, and large gatherings (such as freshman orientation and graduation ceremonies) to assist in policy dissemination.
(4) We kindly request homeroom teachers to convey the message to students and parents through class groups and parent associations, encouraging students to claim and use the vouchers.
