| I. | In accordance with the Taoyuan City Scout Association's letter dated May 19, 2025, No. 114034. |
| II. | Activity details are as follows: |
| (1) | Activity time: June 8, 2025 (Sunday). |
| (2) | Activity location: Jianguo Junior High School. |
| (3) | Registration deadline: From now until May 30, 2025 (Friday). |
| (4) | Participants who attend the entire session will be granted 8 hours of workshop credit. |
| III. | Staff and supervising teachers, under the principle of self-managed coursework and no payment for substitute teaching hours, please have your schools approve official (duty) leave. If the event falls on a holiday, compensatory leave can be granted within two years. |
