| I. | In accordance with the letter from National Chung Hsing University, Ref. No. Xing Jiao Zi No. 1140200393, dated May 21, 114. |
| II. | The aforementioned course has been launched on the MOOCs platform of the Ministry of Education. It will introduce diverse processing and value-added methods for agricultural products, thereby enhancing students' understanding and knowledge of the concept from farm to table. The course is divided into 6 sub-modules: 'From Farm to Table,' 'Agricultural Product Processing and Value Addition Evolution,' 'A World of Difference in Persimmons - Sweet and Astringent,' 'The Transformation of Fruits - Climacteric Fruits,' 'Concentrated Flavors - Jams,' and 'Flavor Achieved by Time - Dried Fruits and Vegetables.' |
| III. | The course is free to take and can be used to earn environmental education hours. Please search for 'Agricultural Product Versatile Processing and Value Addition' on the 'MOOCs Platform of the Ministry of Education' to register and start learning immediately.
