Inform the Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of Education to jointly organize the "114 Environmental Knowledge Competition"

| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. 1140054935A dated May 27, 114. |
| II. | To enhance the environmental literacy of all citizens and attract the public, as well as school teachers and students, to learn about environmental knowledge in a fun and engaging way, the Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of Education are jointly organizing the aforementioned competition. The competition's planned content and schedule are summarized as follows: |
| (1) | Competition registration groups: Divided into four groups: Children's Group, Youth Group, Young Adult Group, and Adult Group. |
| (2) | Competition format: Conducted in two stages, preliminary and final. The preliminary round will be completed by each local government before October 12, 114. The top 5 participants from each group will represent their county (city) in the finals. The finals are scheduled to be held on November 15, 114, at National Taiwan University. |
| (3) | Awards: Participants who reach the finals will receive a certificate of merit and a cash prize. |

For preliminary round information from local governments, please visit the event website (https://www.moenveec.com.tw, registration opens on June 10, 114). If you have any questions, please contact the liaison at the environmental protection bureau of your local government. |
| IV. | Additionally, regarding the official leave (business trip) for faculty and staff who lead or attend the competition, and the commendation for award winners, please have your respective agencies and schools handle it according to their authority. |
