| Subject: | To inform you that the Changhua County Cultural Affairs Bureau is organizing the "114th Academic Year National Student Northern and Southern Pipe Music Competition" syllabus, please be informed. |

| I. | Based on the official document from the Changhua County Cultural Affairs Bureau dated May 27, 114, with reference number 1140006345. |
| II. | The details of the aforementioned competition syllabus are as follows: |
| (1) | Participants: National elementary and junior high school students. |
| (2) | Competition Categories: Southern Pipe Ensemble Vocal Group, Southern Pipe Ensemble Instrumental Group, Northern Pipe Ensemble Vocal Group, Northern Pipe Ensemble Instrumental Group. |
| (3) | Registration Deadline: Please register through your school by September 5, 114 (postmark date applies). |
| (4) | Preliminary Round Date: September 14, 114. |
| (5) | Final Round Date: November 22, 114. |
| (6) | Competition Venue: Performance Hall of the Northern and Southern Pipe Music and Opera Museum. |
| (7) | Awards: For each elementary and junior high school group, awards will be given for "Special Excellence" and "Excellence," with one group each. "Merit" awards will be given to 1 to 3 groups based on merit. The highest prize money is NT$12,000, with a total prize pool of NT$204,000. |
| (8) | This competition is included as a factor in the 12-year basic education exemption admission ranking for the Changhua area. Points will be calculated according to the standard for county-level competition items. |
