3. In recent years, there have been instances of participants in this event mistakenly registering for the wrong categories. To prevent similar situations and issues with player eligibility from affecting the competition, the team formation and eligibility requirements are reiterated as follows:
(1) Civil Servants Category: Teams shall be formed by personnel from the first-level agencies (including their subordinate units) of the Taoyuan City Government, district offices (including the Fuxing District Representative Assembly), public institutions, the Taoyuan City Government Retired Personnel Association, the City Council, and the City Audit Office. Retired personnel are limited to retired civil servants and teachers from agencies (schools) under the Taoyuan City Government.
(2) Teachers and Staff Category: Teams shall be formed by personnel from municipal schools within each administrative district and registered with the district office. Civil servants from schools may register for the civil servant category of the district office in their administrative district. Additionally, prospective principals and formal teachers seconded to the Taoyuan City Government's Department of Education may also register for the Department of Education team.

4. All accepting registration agencies are requested to handle registrations in accordance with the aforementioned regulations to protect the rights of participants and ensure the fairness of the competition.
