| I. | To promote gender friendliness and menstrual equity, this bureau plans to advance through a dual approach of educational initiatives and spatial practices, encouraging young men and male students in Taoyuan City to participate in menstrual equity dialogues through short video creation, thereby fostering societal understanding and support for menstrual issues. The plan is as follows: |
| (1) | Activity Name: "My Story with the Moon: Male Voices Emerge - Opening the Menstrual Conversation" |
| (2) | Submission Theme: Break the stigma surrounding menstruation from a "male perspective" and deepen gender education. |
| (3) | Participants: |
| 1. | General Group: Male youth (including social individuals and university students) aged 18 to 35, registered residents of Taoyuan City. |
| 2. | Seed Group: Currently enrolled students from elementary to vocational high schools, registered residents of Taoyuan City. |
| (4) | Submission Period: Extended from now until June 30, 114 (Monday). |
| (5) | Activity Method: Taoyuan City male residents will film original videos under 3 minutes and upload them to YouTube. This bureau will invite experts to select 20 outstanding works, which will be announced on this bureau's Facebook page on July 10th. The public will be invited to share their thoughts and comments online after viewing. |
| (6) | Incentive Mechanism: Selected participants will receive NT$2,000 in cash gift certificates. Additionally, 40 commenters will be randomly selected to receive NT$500 cash gift certificates. |
