| Description: |
| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's letter dated June 10, 114 (2025), Ref. No. 1140054482. |
| II. | The Ministry of Health and Welfare, considering the recent global warming trend due to climate change, recognizes that anyone can suffer heatstroke without proper protective measures. Therefore, the aforementioned educational materials on preventing heatstroke are provided to enhance preparedness and response capabilities for high-temperature heat injuries, as well as to strengthen diverse care measures and channels for vulnerable populations. |
| III. | Your school is requested to utilize the video, leaflets, and cards produced by the Ministry of Education, tailored to the needs of faculty, staff, students, or affiliated personnel. These materials should be disseminated through websites, social media, or other channels to promote personal protection practices and first aid steps. Additionally, please make extensive use of the 'Lohas Weather APP' to stay informed about early warning information and to strengthen preventive measures for vulnerable groups (including infants, young children, the elderly, individuals with chronic illnesses, those taking medication, outdoor workers, and overweight individuals). This includes, for example, checking temperature regulation equipment (such as fans and air conditioners) and environmental ventilation, and assessing the need to reduce, adjust, or suspend outdoor courses and activities. |
| IV. | The attached documents for this matter can be accessed and utilized directly from the homepage of this bureau, under "Convenient Services" / "File Download" / "Official File Download". |
