Description:
I. In accordance with TECO Electric & Machinery Co., Ltd.'s letter dated June 4, 114, Ref: TECO (BD) No. 005.
II. TECO Electric & Machinery's vision is to 'become the core development driver for global electrification, intelligence, and green energy.' In addition to dedicating itself to energy-saving solutions for products and services, the company also aims to instill the concept of energy conservation from a young age. Therefore, since 111, TECO has been organizing the 'Green Brain Creative Competition,' inviting junior high school students and students from third grade and above in elementary schools to participate. The competition aims to inspire students to think proactively and implement concepts of energy saving and carbon reduction. External teachers and the company's R&D managers are invited to form the judging and question-setting committee. TECO Electric & Machinery encourages winning student teams with scholarships and energy-saving home appliance products.
III. This competition involves no profit-making or commercial activities. The past two editions have received positive feedback from participating schools and teachers/students. This year, 114, marks the fourth edition. We kindly request schools to assist in announcing the competition information to encourage students to participate and cultivate Taiwan's seeds for carbon reduction and net-zero emissions.
IV. Registration for this competition will be open from September 1, 114, to October 31, 114. The judging committee will conduct evaluations in November, and an award ceremony is tentatively scheduled for December 6.
V. Attached is one copy of the competition rules. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact the event organizers, Ms. Pei-Yun Chiang or Ms. Ling Jiang, at (02)2655-3333 ext. 3676 or 3579.
