I. The 113th academic year, 2nd semester final academic affairs meeting is scheduled for June 27, 114 (Friday) at 16:00.

It will be held in the 3rd-floor conference room of the Ren'ai Building. We kindly ask all colleagues to attend on time. Thank you.

Please be seated and remember to sign in on that day. Also, please note that the academic affairs meeting is a major campus assembly.

If you are unable to attend due to other commitments, please be sure to complete the relevant leave application procedures.

II. In response to the paperless environmental policy, this meeting will not distribute hard copies of materials. On the day of the meeting,

materials will be presented via projector in a slideshow format. Relevant meeting materials have been sent to colleagues' official email accounts (ms.tyc.edu.tw) in the education bureau. Please download/print them yourself.
