| I. | In accordance with the implementation plan for the 114th year of promoting menstrual education and gender equality education lesson plan competition in our city. |
| II. | This project aims to cultivate students' and teachers' literacy in gender equality and menstrual health, in response to the implementation of the new curriculum for 12-year basic education. It develops competency-oriented gender equality education curriculum, teaching, and assessment to improve teaching quality. Simultaneously, it encourages teachers from junior high, senior high, and vocational schools across the city to leverage their expertise, integrate menstrual education and gender equality issues into lesson plans, thereby familiarizing themselves with and disseminating diverse gender equality awareness, and promoting the exchange and sharing of teaching experiences. |
| III. | Information regarding this project is as follows: |
| (1) | Categories: Elementary school group, junior high and senior high/vocational group (2 groups in total), with outstanding entries selected from each. |
| (2) | Awards: |
| 1. | Special Award (1 winner per group, 2 winners in total): One outstanding entry will be selected from each group. Each winner will receive a manuscript fee of NT$5,000 (NT$1,600 per thousand characters, up to NT$5,000; if the word count is insufficient, it will be calculated based on the actual word count), a commendation once for each author, and 0.1 academic credit (academic credits will be averaged among the authors). |
| 2. | Excellent Award (2 winners per group, 4 winners in total): Two outstanding entries will be selected from each group. Each winner will receive a manuscript fee of NT$4,500 (NT$1,500 per thousand characters, up to NT$4,500; if the word count is insufficient, it will be calculated based on the actual word count), a certificate of merit for each author, and 0.1 academic credit (academic credits will be averaged among the authors). |
| 3. | Merit Award (3 winners per group, 6 winners in total): Three entries will be selected from each group. Each winner will receive a manuscript fee of NT$4,000 (NT$1,300 per thousand characters, up to NT$4,000; if the word count is insufficient, it will be calculated based on the actual word count), a certificate of merit for each author, and 0.1 academic credit (academic credits will be averaged among the authors). |
| 4. | Honorable Mention (5 winners per group, 10 winners in total): Five entries will be selected from each group. Each winner will receive a manuscript fee of NT$3,500 (NT$1,100 per thousand characters, up to NT$3,500; if the word count is insufficient, it will be calculated based on the actual word count), and 0.1 academic credit (academic credits will be averaged among the authors). |
| IV. | Interested participants should submit their application form (Attachment I), lesson plan (Attachment II), teaching outcome report (Attachment III), and a hard copy of the copyright transfer consent form with a personal signature (Attachment IV) in person or by mail to Teacher Fan Yong-yu, Office of Student Affairs, Fufeng Junior High School, Taoyuan City (Address: No. 326, Yanping Rd., Taoyuan Dist., Taoyuan City 33070) between October 7, 114 (Tuesday) and October 17, 114 (Friday) (postmark date is the criterion).
