The Longtan District Office of Taoyuan City, in order to handle the "11th Taoyuan City Regional Legislative Yuan Recall Case," welcomes personnel from our school to serve as election workers in the district. Details are as follows.

Details:
1. The voting day for the "11th Taoyuan City Regional Legislative Yuan Recall Case" is July 26, 2025.

2. According to Articles 58 and 59 of the Public Officials Election and Recall Act, the chief administrator and at least one-third of the administrators of the polling stations must be current civil servants and public school personnel (broadest interpretation). The chief supervisor must be a current or former civil servant or public school personnel.

3. Election workers will be granted one day of compensatory leave. The work allowance for polling station staff is NT$3,300 for the chief administrator, NT$2,750 for the chief supervisor, NT$2,100 for administrators, and NT$2,000 for reserve staff. The recruitment of polling station staff for the aforementioned recall case does not include supervisors.

4. If our school colleagues wish to register as a group, please fill out the "Longtan District Polling Station Staff Recommendation List" (Attachment 2) and send it directly to the election contact person at the Longtan District Office, Taoyuan City, at (10057921@mail.tycg.gov.tw) without a formal cover letter.

5. If our school colleagues wish to register as individuals, please fill out the "Longtan District Polling Station Staff Registration Form" (Attachment 3), complete all personal information, and have it signed by your unit supervisor, HR supervisor, and the head of the agency/school. Submit the hard copy in person, by mail, or by fax to the Longtan District Office, Taoyuan City. The office will then assign suitable polling stations and positions.
