To inform you about the rental announcement and application handbook for "Taipei Teachers' Residence - Teacher Housing" by the Welfare, Culture and Education Foundation for Teachers and Staff of Primary and Secondary Schools in Taiwan Province.

Details:
1. The Taipei Teachers' Residence, originally for accommodation for teachers and staff of primary and secondary schools, has been transformed into teacher housing. It offers preferential rental prices for teachers and staff working in the northern region who have housing needs.

2. This project offers a total of 80 studio and family apartments, with unit sizes ranging from approximately 8 to 30 ping. The Welfare, Culture and Education Foundation for Teachers and Staff of Primary and Secondary Schools in Taiwan Province aims to serve teachers and staff, and therefore is renting these units at a price below market rates. The rental schedule is as follows:
(1) Application Period: From 8:00 AM on June 24, 2025, to 5:00 PM on July 24, 2025.
(2) Application Method: Download and complete the application handbook from the "Latest News" section on the foundation's official website. Prepare the relevant documents and submit them in person or by mail to the foundation within the application period.
(3) Eligibility: Full-time, tenured teachers and staff who are currently employed by public or private primary and secondary schools, or their educational administrative authorities (units), in Taipei City, New Taipei City, Keelung City, Taoyuan City, or Yilan County, and who are expected to serve after August 1, 2025.
