Forwarding the "114th School Kitchen Staff Culinary Exchange Workshop" organized by National Cheng Kung University at the request of the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Please inform relevant personnel (kitchen staff prioritized) within your jurisdiction to participate in the related courses.

| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Department of Secondary Education, Ministry of Education, dated June 25, 114 (2025), Ref: Tai Jiao Guo Shu Xue Zi Di 1140062262 Hao. |
| II. | To enhance the professional skills of kitchen staff, strengthen the knowledge of food safety, nutrition, and cooking for personnel involved in school lunch kitchens, and to share experiences in menu planning and school dietary education practices through exchange activities, the aforementioned event is organized. Relevant information is as follows (please refer to the attached course brochure). |

| (1) | Session 1: July 10, 114 (2025) (Thursday), 9:30 AM to 4:20 PM. (Location: Chiao Tai High School, Taichung City) |
| (2) | Session 2: July 11, 114 (2025) (Friday), 9:30 AM to 4:20 PM. (Location: Chinese Culinary Industry Union - Chinese Cuisine Cooking Skills Training Center) |
| (3) | Session 3: August 15, 114 (2025) (Friday), 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM. (Location: Chongming Elementary School, East District, Tainan City) |
| IV. | Registration Period: |
| (1) | For Session 1 and 2, registration is open from now until July 7, 114 (2025) (Monday) at 5:00 PM. |
| (2) | For Session 3, registration is open from now until July 31, 114 (2025) (Thursday) at 5:00 PM. |
| (3) | Each session is limited to 30 participants and is open for free registration. If the number of registrants exceeds the limit, each county and city will have one guaranteed spot. The remaining spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis to determine the list of attendees. |
