To prevent a dengue fever epidemic, please ensure your school (kindergarten) continues to implement preventive measures against mosquito-borne infectious diseases such as dengue fever.

| I. | Typhoon Doksuri brought strong winds and heavy rain to Taiwan. After rainfall, it is easy for standing water containers to form in the environment, breeding vector mosquitoes. We urge your school (kindergarten) to proactively inspect indoor and outdoor containers, implement "inspect, dump, clear, scrub," dump standing water, scrub to remove mosquito eggs, and then properly store or invert them to reduce mosquito density in the community and the risk of dengue fever infection. |
| II. | If you experience suspected dengue fever symptoms such as fever, headache, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, retro-orbital pain, muscle and joint pain, or rash, please seek medical attention as soon as possible and actively inform your travel history to facilitate early diagnosis and reporting by the doctor. |
| III. | In addition, our government announced dengue fever prevention measures for Taoyuan City on June 1st. If standing water containers and standing water are not actively cleared, leading to the breeding of mosquito larvae (wrigglers), a fine of NT$3,000 to NT$15,000 will be imposed in accordance with the Communicable Disease Control Act upon discovery. |
