| 1. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter dated June 27, 114 (2025), Ref: Taught Teacher (1) No. 1142601509A. |
| 2. | To enable new residents and their children to leverage their linguistic and multicultural advantages, and to enhance the understanding of the general public towards the cultures of new residents' home countries, the Ministry of Education has been organizing the aforementioned dance competition since 105 (2016). It is hoped that through this dance competition, we can promote multicultural integration and exchange, and establish a new artistic platform. |
| 3. | The details of the aforementioned competition are as follows: |
| (1) | Registration Period: From Tuesday, July 1, 114 (2025) to Monday, September 1, 114 (2025). |
| (2) | Eligibility: |
| 1. | New residents holding a Republic of China identity card or legal residence permit. |
| 2. | At least one-third of the registered team members must be new residents. If the team consists of only one person, that person must be a new resident. If the team has two people, at least one must be a new resident. |
| (3) | Registration Method: Mail, E-mail, or online registration. |

| 1. | Southern Preliminary Round: Saturday, September 27, 114 (2025) at the Performance Hall of the Gangshan Cultural Center, Kaohsiung City Cultural Affairs Bureau. |
| 2. | Northern Preliminary Round: Saturday, October 4, 114 (2025) at the Performance Hall of the Pingzhen Branch Library, Taoyuan City Library. |
| 3. | Central Preliminary Round: Saturday, November 1, 114 (2025) at the Performance Hall of the Nantou County Cultural Affairs Bureau. |
| 4. | Grand Final: Saturday, November 22, 114 (2025) at the Concert Hall of the Huludun Cultural Center, Taichung City. |
| 5. | The official website https://sites.google.com/view/taiwannidc/ will announce the above times; no separate phone notification will be provided. |
| (5) | Competition Rules: |
| 1. | Dance Type: Primarily ethnic dances from the new residents' home countries. |
| 2. | Participants must provide their own costumes, props, and music. |
| 3. | Performance Time (including entry and exit): |
| (1) | Group A: Limited to 3 to 5 minutes. |
| (2) | Group B: Limited to 5 to 7 minutes. |
| 4. | The "Excellent" teams from each group in the preliminary rounds will advance to the Grand Final. |
