| 1. | In accordance with the "Ministry of Education's Character Education Promotion Program" and the official letter from Neili Junior High School, Taoyuan City (hereinafter referred to as Neili Junior High) dated June 25, 114, with reference number Neiguo Xue Zi No. 1140005371. |
| 2. | The aforementioned plan is excerpted as follows (details can be found in the implementation plan): |
| (1) | Eligibility: |
| 1. | Junior High Group: Students from junior high schools in Taoyuan City. Each school may recommend up to 6 entries, but schools with 60 or more classes may recommend up to 10 entries. |
| 2. | Upper Elementary Group: Upper elementary grade students from elementary schools in Taoyuan City. Each school may recommend up to 6 entries. |
| 3. | Middle Elementary Group: Middle elementary grade students from elementary schools in Taoyuan City. Each school may recommend up to 6 entries. |
| (2) | Submission Period: From August 29, 114, to September 17 of the same year. |
| (3) | Theme of Submissions: The theme is "Respect for Teachers." The style of artwork is not limited. It can be a drawing of the teacher most respected or a school scene, accompanied by a well-known quote about respecting teachers, written on the artwork. |
| (4) | Artwork Specifications: |
| 1. | Artwork Size: 6cm x 18cm. Orientation (horizontal or vertical) is not limited. |
| 2. | Paper type is not limited, and drawing media are not limited (oil painting, acrylic, watercolor, colored pencils, markers, pastels, etc., are all acceptable). However, the artwork must be flat and hand-drawn only. Computer graphics are not accepted. |
| 3. | A completed entry form (as attached) must be affixed to the back of the submitted artwork. The entry form can be photocopied. |
| (5) | Submission Location: Student Affairs Office, Discipline Group, Neili Junior High School, Taoyuan City (Address: No. 108, Fuhua 1st Street, Zhongli District, Taoyuan City, 32069). |
| (6) | Awards: |
| 1. | Winning Students: A total of 3 groups (Junior High, Upper Elementary, and Middle Elementary) will be selected. Within each group, 3 "Special Excellence" awards, 5 "Excellence" awards, and 10 "Honorable Mention" awards will be given, along with trophies (or certificates) and gift vouchers as encouragement. |
| (1) | Special Excellence: Awarded a trophy and a gift voucher of NT$1,200. |
| (2) | Excellence: Awarded a certificate and a gift voucher of NT$800. |
| (3) | Honorable Mention: Awarded a certificate and a gift voucher of NT$300. |
| 2. | Supervising Teachers: |
| (1) | For students who win "Special Excellence": Awarded 2 commendations. |
| (2) | For students who win "Excellence": Awarded 1 commendation. |
| (3) | For students who win "Honorable Mention": Awarded 1 certificate. |
| (4) | For supervising teachers whose students' entries are selected, if the teacher is not a civil servant or public school employee, they will be awarded 1 certificate. |
